National Craft Month

March is National Craft Month and so Michael’s will be celebrating all month with free events. March 6th there will be a free yarn event where patrons can come by to make a yarn doll. This make and take craft will be done during the hours of 10am and 1pm.

Come by Denny’s Tuesday, February 9th between 6am-2pm for a free Grand Slam breakfast. This was a huge success for them with many people taking advantage of the free food.

McDonald’s had been testing their $1 menu for breakfast in certain markets and now are expanding them. I noticed today that we now have a $1 breakfast menu at our local McDonald’s. This is good news especially for those looking for a cheap, fast breakfast in the morning. Sadly that is the case for us at least two times a week. We need something fast and cheap since there are three of us eating. The $1 menu will help us keep our breakfast costs down.
